集团创新网络对子公司创业行为是保护还是阻碍?基于环境不确定性的调节效应分析

摘　　要：本文在开放系统视角下,分析企业集团内部创新网络对子公司创业行为的作用机理,并探讨环境不确定性对二者间关系的调节效应。研究发现:(1)集团内部创新网络的构型对子公司创业行为具有重要影响,其中网络规模、强度与多元化三个维度与创业行为正相关;(2)子公司对集团内部创新网络的嵌入程度与子公司创业行为强度正相关;(3)环境不确定性对集团创新网络与子公司创业行为间的作用关系具有显著的差异化调节效应,在内部创业行为层面呈U型调节效应,在外部创业行为层面呈倒U型调节效应。这在一定程度上表明集团网络的双重属性:既是子公司应对复杂外部环境时的缓冲保护器,又对子公司具有如资源锁定等负面限制。This study focuses on the mechanism of BG innovation network affecting subsidiary initiatives, which includes examining the moderating effect of the environmental uncertainty bases on the open system perspective. The results show that： （1）BG innovation network configuration correlates significantly with subsidiary initiatives. Simultaneously, the network scale, strength and diversity have positive correlations; （2）the embedded degree of a subsidiary in the BG innovation network relates to its initiatives positively; （3）environmental uncertainty has a significant differentiation moderating effect, a U adjustment effect on internal initiatives, and an inverted U adjustment effect on external ones. To a certain extent, the inverted moderating effects indicate the BG innovation network has dual effects on subsidiaries, containing the network benefit and the flexible constraint.
