摘  要:目的:评估不同激光焊接参数对钴铬合金穿透深度的影响。方法:制作96个6.0 mm×6.0 mm×10 mm钴铬合金试件,将其中每两个试件10 mm×6 mm的面相对,固定在特制的夹具上。选择0.3、0.6、0.9、1.2 mm光斑直径,分别在6、12、18 J及1、1.5、2.0、2.5 k W的激光焊接参数下,对48组试件进行焊接。将焊接面置于体式显微镜下进行观测、拍摄,将拍摄所获得的照片导入Photoshop软件,对焊接面上的穿透深度进行测量。采用多元回归分析对数据进行统计学分析。结果:穿透深度与光斑直径呈负相关(P<0.05),与功率呈正相关(P<0.05),与脉冲时间呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:本实验推导出穿透深度的公式为穿透深度=0.353-1.02×光斑直径+0.527×功率+0.046×脉冲时间。Objective: To evaluate the effects of the laser parameters on the penetration depths of Co-Cr alloys.Methods: 96 Co-Cr Alloy specimens with the volume of 6. 0 mm × 6. 0 mm × 10 mm were mad by casting. The10 mm × 6 mm faces of every two specimens were relatively fixed on the special jig. The cast alloy specimens were butted against each other and laser welded at their interface using various powers( 1. 0,1. 5,2,2. 5 k W),energy( 6,12,18 J) and spot diameters( 0. 3,0. 6,0. 9,1. 2 mm). After welding,the welding surface morphology was surveyed under the Stereo Microscope and the penetration depths were measured by Photoshop software. Results:The penetration depths under different power were significantly different( P〈0. 05). Along with the changes of pulse time,the penetration depths changed proportionally( P〈0. 05). Spot diameter was the most critical factors to effect penetration depths,followed by power and pulse time. Conclusion: The formula of penetration depth is deduced: Penetration depth = 0. 353-1. 02 × spot diameter + 0. 527 × power + 0. 046 × pulse time.
