摘 要:目的通过动物实验研究软肝散结汤治疗酒精性肝炎的效果。方法选取48只雄性Wistar大鼠,按照统计学原理随机分为对照组、造模组、低剂量组、高剂量组,各12只。其中低剂量组的中药与大鼠体重之比为10 g︰1 kg,高剂量组的中药与大鼠体重之比为20 g︰1 kg。对照组等体积给予饲料及蒸馏水,不予中药灌胃,模型组与对照组均给予饲料喂养;其余两组除饲料正常喂养外,将中药汤剂以相应剂量代替蒸馏水进行灌胃。造模42 d后采集标本,分别测定大鼠体重、肝湿重、肝指数、大鼠相关肝功能血生化指标,包括肝重、肝指数、大鼠体重、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)/丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、ALT、AST、血清清蛋白(Alb)、总蛋白(TP)、乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)、总胆红素(TBil)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)以及病理组织。结果模型组的肝重、肝指数均高于对照组,大鼠体重低于对照组,低剂量组的肝重高于对照组(P<0.01);高剂量组的肝重、肝指数均低于模型组,大鼠体重高于模型组,低剂量组的肝指数低于模型组,大鼠体重高于模型组(P<0.01);高剂量组的肝重低于低剂量组(P<0.01)。模型组、低剂量组的AST/ALT、ALT、AST均高于对照组(P<0.01);高剂量组的AST/ALT、ALT、AST均低于模型组、低剂量组(P<0.01)。模型组、低剂量组的Alb、TP均低于对照组(P<0.01);模型组的TBil高于对照组(P<0.01);高剂量组的Alb、TP均低于模型组、低剂量组(P<0.01),低剂量组、高剂量组的TBil均高于模型组(P<0.01)。模型组、低剂量组的MDA水平均高于对照组,SOD水平均低于对照组(P<0.01);高剂量组的MDA水平低于低剂量组、模型组,SOD水平高于低剂量组、模型组(P<0.01)。模型组、低剂量组、高剂量组的脂肪变性、炎性浸润数值均高于对照组(P<0.01);高剂量组的脂肪变性、炎性浸润值均低于模型组、低剂量组(P<0.01)。结论软肝散结汤对酒精�Objective To study the effect of Ruangan Sanjie Decoction on alcoholic hepatitis by animal experiment.Methods Forty-eight male Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into control group, model group, low-dose group and high-dose group according to statistical principles, with 12 in each group. The ratio of weight of Chinese herbal medicines to rat body weight in the low-dose group was 10 g to 1 kg, while in the high-dose group, the ratio was 20 g to 1 kg. In the control group, equal volume of fodder and distilled water was supplied, but without traditional Chinese herbal medicines for gastric irrigation.Fodder was provided in both the model group and the control group. For the other two groups, besides normal feeding, traditional Chinese decoction instead of distilled water in the same volume was used for gastric irrigation.After 42 d modeling, specimens were collected and the body weight, liver wet weight, liver index, and liver biochemical indices related to liver function were measured, including liver weight, liver index, rat body weight, alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), AST/ALT, albumin(Alb), total protein(TP), ethanol dehydrogenase(ADH), total bilirubin(TBil), methylene dioxyamphetamine(MDA), superoxide dismutase(SOD), and pathological tissue. Results The liver weight and liver index of the model group were higher than those of the control group, the weight of the rats was lower than that of the control group, the liver weight of the low-dose group was heavier than that of the control group(P〈0.01). The liver weight and liver index of the high-dose group were lower and the body weight was heavier compared with those in the model group, the liver index of the low-dose group was lower than that of the model group, and the body weight of the rats was heavier compared with those in the model group(P〈0.01).
