摘　　要：目的　观察血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)及其受体VEGFR 1在胃癌组织中的表达 ,探讨其与胃癌临床病理指标间的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学方法和图像分析技术 ,检测 4 1例胃癌组织中VEGF及其受体VEGFR 1的表达和微血管密度 (MVD) ,分析VEGF及其受体VEGFR 1的表达和MVD与胃癌组织学类型、分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和临床分期的关系。结果　VEGF及其受体VEGFR 1的表达和MVD与胃癌组织学类型 (P <0 .0 1)、分级 (P <0 .0 1)、浸润深度 (P <0 .0 1)、淋巴结转移 (P <0 .0 1)及临床分期 (P <0 .0 1)密切相关 ,而VEGF与VEGFR 1、VEGF与MVD及VEGFR 1与MVD之间均呈显著正相关。结论　VEGF及其受体VEGFR 1和MVD与胃癌的生长转移相关 ,VEGF及其受体VEGFR 1和MVD可作为反映胃癌预后的指标之一。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its receptor (VEGFR 1) in gastric carcinoma tissue. Methods Microvessel density (MVD) and the expression of VEGF and its receptor VEGFR 1 were detected by using immunohistochemical staining and image analysis technique in 41 cases of human gastric carcinoma. The relationship of MVD and the expression of VEGF, VEGFR 1 to histologic types, tumor grade, depth of invasion, lymph node status and clinical stage of gastric carcinoma were analysed.Results MVD and the expression of VEGF and its receptor VEGFR 1 showed a significant correlation with tumor grade ( P <0.01), histologic types ( P <0.01), depth of invasion ( P <0.01), lymph node status ( P <0.01) and clinical stage ( P <0.01). The expression of VEGF correlated positively with VEGFR 1 and MVD.Conclusion MVD, the expression of VEGF and its receptor VEGFR 1 are closely related to the growth and metastasis of gastric carcinoma. Therefore, MVD, the expression of VEGF and its receptor VEGFR 1 are predictive of these histopathologic features of gastric carcinoma and clinical outcome.
