摘　　要：水生态文明是实现水资源可持续利用,经济社会可持续发展的重要保障。针对乳城镇水生态文明建设进行了探讨,分析了乳城镇水生态文明建设存在的问题,确定乳城镇水生态文明的发展方向为"水安全保障、水环境保护、水生态健康、水管理规范、水景观和谐,水文化弘扬"。通过构建"六体一位"的水生态文明体系,实现"河库安澜、优美宜人、碧水畅流,集约高效、水润民生、人水和谐"的总体目标,在全镇范围内构筑"一河三灌五支六基地七公园"的水生态格局。Water ecological civilization is an important guarantee for the sustainable utilization of water resources and the sustainable development of the economy and society. This paper discusses the construction of water ecological civilization in Rueheng town. The problems existing in the construction of water ecological civilization in dairy towns are analyzed. The development direction of the ecological civilization of Rucheng town construction is ＂water security guarantee, water environment protection, water ecological health, water management standard, water landscape harmony, water culture promotion＂. Through the construction of a water ecological civilization system of six bodies, the overall goal of ＂river bank, beautiful and pleasant, green water flow, intensive and efficient, water moistening people＇s livelihood, harmony of human and water＂ is achieved, the water ecological structure of ＂one river, three irrigations, five branches, six bases and seven parks＂ was built in the whole town.
