摘　　要：通过理论研究和典型案例分析发现,"互联网+"创新生态系统是由机构创新者和个体创新者组成的线上与线下结合的生态化创新组织体系,具有三个基本特征:基于互联网的知识资源配置;正式合作组织与网络社群相结合的组织模式;根植于互联网思维的创新方法论。在技术社会系统理论的视角下,上述特征是互联网的技术属性和制度属性共同作用的结果。互联网的技术属性提升了信息处理效率,促进了创新主体的互联网化转型;互联网的制度属性表现为使用信息技术的惯例和偏好,使互联网化的创新主体整合为生态化组织体系。This paper argues that the Internet plus innovation ecosystem is an O2O ecological organization system constituted by institutional innovators and individual innovators,and discusses three features of the Internet plus innovation ecosystem,namely allocation knowledge by the Internet,integration of formal cooperative organization and online community,and innovation methodology rooted in the Internet thinking.From the perspective of socio-technical system,the Internet technology and the Internet institution result in these features.On the one hand,the Internet technology improves efficiency of information processing,and then accelerates innovators to adopt the Internet.On the other hand,the Internet also means routine and preference of behavior,which makes innovators combine into an ecological organization.
