奥美拉唑、思他宁单独与联合应用对非静脉曲张性上消化道出血效果探讨

摘　　要：目的分析非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者治疗中奥美拉唑、思他宁单独与联合应用取得的效果。方法方便选取医院2016年1月—2017年1月收治的非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者96例,随机分为3组各32例,分别给予奥美拉唑、思他宁与联合用药治疗方法,对3组患者治疗效果观察。结果奥美拉唑组、思他宁组患者治疗有效率分别为81.25%(26/32)、78.13%(25/32),比较差异无统计学意义。联合用药组治疗有效率96.88%(31/32),与另外两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组患者胃液6 h p H值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),12 h p H值(5.82±1.60)、24 h p H值(6.76±1.35)联合用药组高于其他两组,止血时间少于另外两组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者治疗中,奥美拉唑与思他宁联合用药下可取得显著治疗效果,应在临床实践中推广应用。Objective This paper tries to analyze the effects of omeprazole and syracine in the treatment of patients with non-varicose gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods 96 patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding, admitted from January 2016 to January 2017 in the hospital were convenient selected and randomly divided into three groups with 32 cases each. They were given Omeprazole, Sitanin, and a combination therapy. The effect of treatment on the three groups of patients was observed. Results The effective rates of treatment in the omeprazole group and the Sitanin group were 81.25%（26/32） and 78.13%（25/32）, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant. The effective rate of combined treatment group was 96.88%（31/32）, which was significantly different from the other two groups（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in gastric juice p H at 6 h between the three groups（P〈0.05）. The combination of 12 h p H（5.82±1.60）and 24 hp H（6.76±1.35） was higher than that of the other two groups, and the bleeding time was shorter than the other two groups. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding, omeprazole combined with sitalinine can achieve significant therapeutic effects, and should be applied in clinical practice.
