摘 要:目的探讨肥胖、血脂及脂蛋白等因素与前列腺癌的关系。方法回顾性分析我院2016年11月至2017年11月行B超引导下经直肠前列腺穿刺活检术患者的临床资料,采用Logistic回归方程,分析前列腺癌与肥胖、血脂及脂蛋白等因素的关系,并给予针对性预防措施。结果所选取调查对象中共有47例患者发生前列腺癌,占17.22%。发生前列腺癌者与未发生前列腺癌者的体重、空腹血糖、载脂蛋白-b、体质指数、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,上述指标均是前列腺癌的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌发生率会受到肥胖、血脂及脂蛋白等因素的影响,临床应针对性给予相关预防措施,减少前列腺癌发生率。Objective To explore the relationship between obesity, blood lipids, lipoprotein and prostate cancer.Methods The clinical data of patients who underwent transrectal prostate biopsy under the guidance of B-ultrasound fromNovember 2016 to November 2017 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The relationship between obesity, serumlipids, lipoprotein and prostate cancer were analyzed by Logistic regression equation, and to give targeted preventivemeasures for patients. Results A total of 47 patients were found prostate cancer, accounting for 17.22%. There weresignificant differences in body weight, fasting blood glucose, apolipoprotein-b, body mass index, serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and high-density lipoprotein between patients with prostate cancer and without prostate cancer(P〈0.05). Themultivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the above indicators were the influencing factors of prostate cancer(P〈0.05). Conclusion Prostate cancer may be affected by factors such as obesity, blood lipids and lipoproteins. Clinicallytargeted prevention measures should be given to reduce the incidence of prostate cancer.
