Objective To analyze the clinical effect of esophageal double contrast examination in the radiologicaldiagnosis of early esophageal cancer. Methods From August 2015 to August 2017, a total of 59 patients with earlyesophageal cancer were enrolled in this study. All of them were given endoscopic ultrasonography and esophageal doublecontrast examination. Pathological results were used as the final standard, the diagnostic coincidence rates of the twomethods were compared. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of endoscopic ultrasonography was 81.36%, which waslower than 96.61% of the diagnostic coincidence rate of esophageal double contrast angiography in the diagnosis of earlyesophageal cancer, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion For patients with early esophagealcancer, esophageal double contrast angiography may be considered, the clinical detection rate of which is high, the clinicalvalue is obvious. It can achieve noninvasive diagnosis of patients, can get the qualitative, positioning, regular, typingdiagnosis of the early esophageal cancer, so as to plays a certain auxiliary role in the next step of clinical treatment ofdiseases, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
