摘　　要：笔迹鉴定实践中经常遇到案件检验难度大,鉴定人难以作出结论或不同鉴定人、不同鉴定机构鉴定意见分歧的情况。分析产生这一现象的原因,并探讨解决策略,是笔迹鉴定实践亟待解决的问题。产生疑难笔迹鉴定的原因可以从主客观两方面去分析,具体表现因案而异。根据疑难笔迹鉴定产生的原因,探讨切实可行的应对方法,可以有效应对疑难笔迹鉴定。对各种疑难笔迹鉴定案件的解决策略包括:加强理论研究、提升鉴定能力、规范操作程序、加强外部控制、补充笔迹样本等方面。At times, it is occurred that handwriting identification encounters the difficult examination, leaving experts unable to make conclusions or agreements. The reasons and solutions targeting this problem are certainly necessary to be analyzed. Usually, two causes of difficult identification on questioned handwriting can give solving clues from both the subjective and objective factors, with various focuses paid upon specific cases. Once exposed the causes of difficult identification on questioned handwriting, the feasible ways can be effectively explored to tackle the difficulties. This paper concludes the strategies to solve diverse difficult identification on questioned handwriting, comprising the five aspects of strengthening the theoretical researches on reasons and solutions, enhancing the authentication ability, standardizing the operations and procedures, enhancing the routine management and supervision, and supplementing the handwriting specimens for controls and comparison.
