摘　　要：目的探讨术前康复训练对胸腔镜治疗早期非小细胞肺癌患者心肺功能的影响效果。方法选择2016年3月至2017年3月行胸腔镜肺叶切除术的肺癌患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为康复组和对照组,每组各30例。两组患者入院后均接受常规护理,在全身麻醉下行胸腔镜肺叶切除手术。康复组在此基础上接受术前康复锻炼。在入院时和术后第7天,测定两组患者的静态肺功能、运动心肺功能及动脉血气分析,并比较。结果入院时,两组患者静态肺功能、运动心肺功能及动脉血气分析比较无统计学差异,P>0.05。术后第7天,康复组静态肺功能、运动心肺功能、PaO_2等指标均优于对照组,P<0.05。康复组术后住院天数(7.0±0.6)d,明显短于对照组(8.4±1.2)d,P<0.05。结论术前康复,能增强胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗临床早期非小细胞肺癌患者的心肺功能,提高手术的耐受性,缩短术后住院天数,促进患者术后快速康复,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of preoperative rehabilitation on cardiopulmonary function in early stage non-small cell lung cancer patients after thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods 60 early non-small cell lung cancer patients with thoracoscopic lobectomy in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group（ n = 30） and the control group（ n = 30）. The two groups received routine care,and the rehabilitation group received preoperative rehabilitation exercises at the same time. The static lung function,exercise heart lung function and arterial blood gas analysis were compared between the two groups at admission and 14 days after operation. Results 14 days after the operation,the indexes of static lung function,exercise heart lung function,and PaO2 in the rehabilitation group were better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The postoperative hospital stay in the rehabilitation group（ 7. 0 ± 0. 6） d was significantly shorter than that in the control group（ 8. 4 ± 1. 2） d（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Preoperative rehabilitation can enhance cardiopulmonary function for early non-small cell lung cancer patients after thoracoscopic lobectomy,and shorten postoperative hospital stay.
