摘 要:microRNA是一种内源性非编码小RNA,通过与靶mRNA的序列互补配对的方式调节靶mRNA的翻译。microRNA多导致靶mRNA翻译受抑,甚至导致靶mRNA降解而失去功能,从而使相应的基因表达受影响。miR-409-3p在胃癌组织中呈低表达,并与胃癌的浸润深度和淋巴结转移成负相关。本篇综述重点阐述其在胃癌的增殖、侵袭、转移的过程中出现的变化和相应发挥的作用,以期为胃癌的诊断及治疗提供新思路。MicroRNA is a class of non-coding RNAs, which can result in degradation of specific mRNAs and inhibition of code translation. MicroRNAs are capable of silencing gene expression by translational repression or mRNA degradation through complementary base pairing with targeted mRNAs. They could fail translation of mRNAs and even silence their functions. The lower expression of miR-409-3p in gastric cancer is significant, which is associated with lymph node metastasis and regional invasion of gastric cancer(GC). This article reviews the role and regulation of miR-409-3p in GC, which is expected to provide new strategies for GC diagnosis and treatment.
