摘　　要：科学高效的英语师资共享是高校园区英语教育教学发展的重要保障。彼得·圣吉在学习型组织理论中所推崇的五项"新技能":心智模式、共同愿景、扁平组织、团队学习和自我超越,对高校园区英语教师团队建设及英语师资共享模式的构建具有重要的指导意义。Scientific and efficient English teacher resource sharing is the important guarantee for the development of English education and teaching on university campus. The five ＂new skills＂ praised highly by Peter Serge in learning organization theory are as follows： mental model, shared vision, flat organization,team learning and self transcendence. They have important guiding significance to English teacher team construction and English teacher resource sharing on university campus.
