摘　　要：战国时期在齐国创建的稷下学宫是中国教育史上第一所高等学府,它在办学过程中坚持学术自由、兼容并包、专心治学等办学理念。论文对稷下学宫中尊师重教的传统及对当代教育的重要意义做了比较深入的探讨,旨在对当代高等教育的人才管理、教学改革、学术繁荣等提供一些可资借鉴的经验,从而为更好地推动国家"双一流"高校建设贡献一份心力。The Jixia Academy established in Qi State during the Warring States Period is the first institution of higher learning in the history of Chinese education. It adhered to the principles of academic freedom, inclusiveness, and concentration on education. And this thesis mainly discusses traditions about showing respect to teachers,attaching great importance to religious education and the significance of contemporary education,which aims to provide some lessons for contemporary higher education in terms of talent management, teaching reform and academic prosperity so as to contribute to the national ＂double-class＂ college construction.
