摘 要:目前非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的发生机制仍不明确,经典的"二次打击"学说不能解释所有NASH的产生,对于肠道菌群改变与NASH发生、发展过程中的关系近些年越来越受重视。肠道菌群导致的能量代谢紊乱、脂多糖内毒素血症、内源性乙醇产生增加、胆汁酸代谢紊乱、胆碱代谢改变、免疫调控障碍等多个方面与NASH发生存在一定关系。综述了肠道菌群在NASH发生、发展过程中的作用。Currently,the pathogenesis of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) remains unclear,while the theory of " two hits" is insufficient to explain the pathogenesis of NASH in all cases. More and more attention has been paid to the relationship between the change in gut microbiota and the development and progression of NASH in recent years. The energy metabolism disorder,lipopolysaccharide endotoxemia,increased endogenous ethanol production,bile acid metabolism disorder,altered choline metabolism,and immune dysfunction caused by gut microbiota are related to NASH. This article reviews the role of gut microbiota in the development and progression of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis.
