摘  要:《就业指导》课程作为高校公共必修课当中的一门新课程,目前存在的主要问题是师资力量不足、课堂教学模式单一、实践环节缺失等。应完善《就业指导》课程体系,增加模拟面试、自我推介等实践环节,改革课堂教学模式,丰富教学方式方法;要培养和引进专业的就业指导教师,强化师资力量,扩大就业指导教师队伍,加强对学生的培训和引导,以增强大学生的就业能力。With the continuous promotion of Chinas educational reform, the development of higher education has entered its heyday, and the number of graduates continues to rise, followed by increasingly severe forms of student employment. As a public compulsory course in the cultivation of college students, the employment guidance course is extremely important, but at present there are several problems in the employment guidance course of colleges and universities, such as the shortage of teachers, the combination of theory and practice, the single classroom teaching mode and the unclear employment direction of students. Based on this background, colleges and universities should strengthen employment guidance and education for students in many ways, so that graduates can more efficiently and quickly adapt to the needs of jobs.
