摘 要:应用SBET法探究不同因素对铅污染土壤生物有效性的影响,实验结果表明:5组土样铅生物有效性为55.55%~109.16%,且土样中铅的含量与其生物有效性没有明显的相关性(P>0.05);反应条件对生物有效性的影响探究中表明,保留时间、反应温度、土液比及模拟胃液pH对土样生物有效性均有一定影响,且模拟胃液pH对土样生物有效性影响最大,在模拟胃液pH由1.5增长至4时,生物有效性降低近14倍;改良剂的施加对土样铅生物有效性存在一定影响,且磷酸二氢钠施加后的土样铅生物有效性稍低于石灰,模拟胃液pH依然对改良剂处置后的土样铅生物有效性存在较大的影响。The effects of different factors on bioavailability of lead contaminated soil were studied by SBET method. The experimental results show that: the bioavailability( BA) value of 5 soil samples ranges from 55. 55% to 109. 16%. There is no obvious correlation between the content of lead in soil samples and their BA. By studying the influence of reaction conditions on BA,it was found that the retention time,reaction temperature,ratio of soil to liquid,and p H of simulated gastric juice all had certain effects on the BA of soil samples,and the simulated gastric juice p H had the greatest influence. When simulated gastric juice p H increased from 1. 5 to 4,bioavailability decreased by nearly 14 times. The application of ameliorants has certain effects on BA,and the BA after application of sodium dihydrogen phosphate is slightly lower than that in lime. The simulated gastric juice p H still has a great influence on the bioavailability of soil lead after treatment of ameliorants.
