摘 要:数控铣削编程时,编程人员往往通过不断增大刀补值调用子程序实现去余量编程。这种方法在轮廓的曲率半径很大时可行,而在轮廓存在较小的曲率半径时,系统会产生刀具半径太大而干涉的报警,从而终止程序的运行。为了解决此问题,给出方便调用的子程序编写范例。分析刀补过程中可能发生干涉的情况,提出刀补干涉的预判及数学处理方法,给出应用宏程序建立刀补干涉预判机制的思路和流程,并给出编程实例。该方法有效解决了困扰编程人员的工程技术难题。In the NC milling programming,programmers often realize the programming of removing the allowance of part through increasing offset value and calling subroutine. This approach is feasible if curvature radius of contour is large,but when there is a smaller curvature radius in outline,system will produce interfere alarm that tool radius are too big and terminate the program running.In order to solve this problem,convenient programming example by calling subroutine was given. The interference situation occured in the process of tool compensating was analyzed,the method of forecasting and mathematical treatment for interference of tool compensation was proposed,the ideas and processes setting up the anticipation mechanism of tool compensation interference by macro program were given and the programming examples were present. This method is effective to solve the engineering technical problems in programming.
