摘 要:为满足大倾角液压支架科学试验的要求,解决大倾角液压支架测试中旋转试验技术的难题,确定了可回转液压支架试验装置的旋转方案,应用三维设计方法详细设计了旋转机构主体结构,解决了双回转驱动、双级平衡和双级抱紧等关键技术,形成了旋转机构的虚拟模型,为可回转液压支架试验装置旋转机构的试制提供了理论依据。In order to meet the scientific test requirements of large dip angle hydraulic support,to solve the problem of rotating test technology in the test of large dip angle hydraulic support,the rotation scheme of slewing hydraulic support test device was determined,3 D design was applied to design the main structure of the rotating mechanism in detail. With the solved key technology of dual rotary drive,double stage balance and double stage breaking,the virtual prototype was formed,which provided theoretical basis for the trial production of the rotary mechanism.
