摘 要:针对大口径弹药的舰船扬弹机液压系统工作中油马达输出转速波动导致扬弹速度不稳、可控性低的问题,在了解扬弹机工作原理基础上,通过替换定量泵为变量泵、添加转速传感器和PID控制器,对液压系统结构进行了设计。采用传递函数法建立了系统数学模型,基于Simulink建立了系统仿真模型,对马达输出参数进行了仿真计算。分析结果表明:改进后的系统输出更加稳定灵敏,具有一定的可行性。In order to solve the problem of instability and low controllability of the output speed fluctuation of the oil motor in the work of the hydraulic system of the warship ammunition for the large caliber ammunition,on the basis of the understanding of the working principle of the ammunition box hoister,by replacing the quantitative pump as the variable pump and adding the speed sensor and PID controller,the hydraulic system structure was improved. The mathematical model of the system was established by using the transfer function. The system simulation model was established based on Simulink. The motor output parameters were simulated. The results show that the improved system output is more stable and sensitive,and it has a certain feasibility.
