摘　　要：在"大众创业,万众创新"的时代背景下,大学生开展科技创业既有机遇又有挑战。制约天津市大学生科技创业的主要因素是科技创业支持系统的问题。运用态势分析法(SWOT)对天津市大学生科技创业支持系统的优势与劣势及面临的机遇与挑战进行分析,结合天津市实际情况,提出天津市大学生科技创业支持系统建构的措施。Under the background of ＂ mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation＂,there are both opportunities and challenges for college students to develop science and technology entrepreneurship. The main factor restricting the scientific and technological entrepreneurship of university students in Tianjin is the problem of supporting system of scientific and technological entrepreneurship. Based on analysis of the supporting system of scientific and technological entrepreneurship of university students in Tianjin,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the supporting system of scientific and technological entrepreneurship of university students in Tianjin,by using the method of situation analysis（ SWOT）,combining with the actual situation in Tianjin. puts forward the measures to construct the science and technology entrepreneurship support system of Tianjin university students.
