摘 要:以再生水补水条件下底泥对藻类生长影响作用为研究对象,以两个分别长期使用再生水(思源湖)和地表水(汉城湖)补水的城市景观水体作为补水水源,通过测定不同补水条件下上覆水中叶绿素a、磷酸盐、氮素浓度研究再生水补水条件下底泥对藻类生长的影响。实验结果表明:底泥的存在可以为藻类生长持续地提供营养物质,从而导致沉积物和藻类共存(SWA)条件下叶绿素a浓度均明显高于单一藻类(AW)。藻类的生长消耗了上覆水中的氮和磷,由此扩大了水-泥界面浓度差,促进了底泥中营养盐的释放,导致SWA条件下上覆水中氮、磷浓度均高于SW条件。对不同补水条件下测得的数据进行对比分析发现:在再生水补水AW及SWA条件下叶绿素a浓度分别达到510,2 390mg/m^3,远高于地表水补水条件时的含量,同时其上覆水中氮、磷浓度也高于地表水补水,从而说明再生水补水条件下藻类生长和底泥释放之间的互促作用更加明显。生长动力学实验表明再生水实验组水体较地表水实验组水体在SWA及AW条件下藻类更容易暴发。This study focuses on the effect of sediment on the growth of algae in two different urban scenic water,a recycled water and surface water was used as the water source respectively. The results showed that the existence of sediment in SWA provided nutrients for the growth of algae continuously,thus resulted in a higher chlorophyll a concentration than that of AW.Comparing SW with SWA,the growth of algae consumed the nitrogen and phosphorus in the overlying water,thus interface concentration difference between the water and mud was expanded,the nutrient release in the sediment was promoted,and nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations in SWA overlying water were higher than that in SW conditions generally. Water bodies used recycled water as the water source got separately chlorophyll a concentration of 510 mg/m3 and 2 390 mg/m3 in the condition of AW and SWA,which was higher than that in water bodies used surface water as the water source. In addition,the concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus in its overlying water were higher than that of water bodies with a surface water source,which showed the interaction between sediment releasing and algae growth was more obvious when reclaimed water was used as the water source. Finally,kinetic analysis showed that algae bloom in urban scenic water used reclaimed water as the water source was easier than that in urban scenic water used surface water as the water source.
