摘　　要：文章首先概述了我国民办本科高校师资队伍发展现状,分析了我国民办本科高校师生队伍的基本特征,继而分析其师资队伍建设的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战,最后概括研究结论、理论贡献和实践启示。The article first summarizes the current situation of the development of teachers＇ team in private colleges and uni- versities in our country, analyzes the basic characteristics of the teachers and students in private colleges and universities in our country, and then analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the construction of the teachers＇ team, and finally summarizes the conclusions, theoretical contributions and practical implications.
