摘　　要：近年来,随着患者对甲状腺健康查体的重视,超声诊断水平的提高,超声引导下细针穿刺细胞学检查在甲状腺疾病诊断中的规范化应用,甲状腺癌患者检出率逐年增高,目前甲状腺癌已成为过去十年增长速度最快的恶性肿瘤。传统开放手术是治疗甲状腺癌的主要手术方式.Thyroid cancer is the most common malignant tumor in endocrine surgery.Surgery is the first choice for most patients with thyroid cancer.Da Vinci robot system as the auxiliary system is the most advanced endoscopic surgery,largely to fill the cavity mirror device cannot bend,complex operation and so on insufficiency,has now become an important way of surgical treatment of thyroid cancer,and its curative effect,high safety,but because of the economic cost is higher,is currently not widespread popularity.
