摘　　要：在由单一制造商和单一零售商构成的双渠道供应链系统中，考虑网络渠道提供服务所产生的负溢出效应，分别从集中决策和分散决策研究其对供应链定价及服务策略的影响，并提出协调契约改善供应链绩效．研究得出：负溢出效应将激励制造商对于服务水平的提高，但也会降低整体供应链的利润水平；而采用两部定价契约能够改善供应链绩效使整体利润达到最优，实现制造商和零售商的帕累托改进．In the dual-channel supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer, considering the service negative spillover effect generated by the service of the network channel, we study the influence that the service negative spillover effect has on the supply chain pricing and service strategy in centralized and decentralized situations, then put forward two-part pricing coordination contract to improve the supply chain＇s performance of both sides.The results show that the negative spillover effect can encourage manufacturer to improve the service level, but will reduce the overall supply chain profits;Then we prove that two-part pricing contract can achieve optimal overall profit and Pareto improvement of the manufacturer and the retailer.
