摘  要:为了明确我国猪场PCV3流行情况,采用PCR方法对2011—2017年采自山东、浙江、安徽、江苏及江西省的660份临床病料组织进行了PCV3检测。结果显示,PCV3于2011年即存在于我国猪场,阳性率为4.1%,此后呈现上升趋势,2017年阳性率为35.0%,并且冬季最高。对13份PCV3阳性病料的Cap基因进行了测序,进化树分析结果表明,该地区的流行毒株主要属于PCV3a亚型。本研究结果为PCV3的防控研究提供了重要依据。To explicit the epidemic situation of PCV3 in China,we used PCR method to detect PCV3 in660 clinical samples from Shandong,Zhejiang,Anhui,Jiangsu and Jiangxi provinces during the period from 2011 to 2017.In result,PCV3 appeared as early as 2011 in swine herds of China,and the positive rate was 4.1%.Then the positive rate increased significantly up to 35.0% in 2017 and the highest rate was in winter.The Cap genes of 13 positive samples' DNA were sequenced,and the result of phylogenetic analysis showed that the prevalent strains in Eastern China were contributed to PCV3 a subtype,which provided an important reference for the prevention and control of the virus.
