摘 要:目的建立食品包装纸11种双三嗪氨基二苯乙烯(DSD-FWAs)荧光增白剂的超高效液相色谱-荧光检测方法。方法样品的荧光增白剂经乙腈-水(40:60,v/v)提取,脱脂离心后,直接进样分析,用Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18柱分离,乙腈-甲醇(2∶3,V/V)作流动相A,25mmol TBA甲醇-水(5∶95,V/V)作流动相B进行梯度洗脱,用超高效液相色谱-FLD检测器测定。结果 11种DSD-FWAs荧光增白剂线性范围为0.0~0.20μg/ml,检出限范围为0.30~0.65 ng/ml,相对标准偏差为0.88%~1.92%,回收率为91.8%~94.4%。结论方法操作简单,快速灵敏,线性范围宽,适用于食品包装用纸中11种DSD-FWAs荧光增白剂的检测。Objective To establish a method for determination of 11 bis(triazinylamino-stilbene) brighteners in food packing paper by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection. Methods The brighteners in samples were extracted with acetonitrile-water(40:60, v/v) and then degreased and centrifuged,the sample solution was injected for analysis. The sample was separated by Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column. Acetonitrile-methanol(2:3, V/V) was used as mobile phase A and 25 mmol TBA methanol-water(5:95, V/V) was used as mobile phase B for gradient elution. The results were determined by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-FDLD detector. Results The linear range of 11 DSDFWAs fluorescent brighteners ranged from 0 to 0.20 g/ml, the limits of detection ranged from 0.30 ng/ml to 0.65 ng/ml, the relative standard deviation was 0.88%-1.92%, and the recovery rate was 91.8%-94.4%. Conclusion The ultra-performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection is simple, fast and sensitive, and has a wide linear range. It is suitable for the detection of 11 kinds of DSD-FWAs fluorescent brighteners in food packaging paper.
