摘　　要：Elsberg综合征是一种病毒感染、肿瘤等病因导致的以尿便障碍为主要临床表现的急性腰骶部神经根炎综合征。本文报道2例Elsberg综合征,经抗病毒、糖皮质激素等治疗后痊愈。Elsberg syndrome is an acute lumbosacral radiculoneuropathy caused by viral infection and tumor,which has the main clinical manifestation of urinary retention and constipation. This paper reported two cases of Elsberg syndrome which were cured by antiviral and glucocorticoid treatment.
