摘  要:以何首乌为原料,采用超临界CO_2萃取技术提取二苯乙烯苷.考察了萃取温度、萃取压强、萃取时间和料液比等单因素对提取效率的影响,通过正交试验设计,优化了何首乌中二苯乙烯苷的提取工艺条件,确定了二苯乙烯苷的最佳提取工艺参数:萃取温度55℃,萃取压强25 MPa,萃取时间2.5 h和料液比1∶4 g/m L.在此条件下进行实验验证,何首乌中二苯乙烯苷的提取效率达到7.08%.A stilbene glycoside was extracted by CO_2 supercritical extraction from Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. The effects of extracting temperature,extracting pressure,extracting times and material/solvent ratio were studied. The extraction conditions of the stilbene glycoside from Polygonum multiflorum Thunb were optimized by orthogonal design. The optimal parameters were extraction temperature of55 ℃,extraction pressure of 25 MPa,extraction time of 2.5 h and solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 4 g/m L by orthogonal experiments. Under these conditions,the extraction yield of the stilbene glycoside was7.08%.
