摘　　要：战略联盟企业间知识转移是企业获取知识的重要方式之一,但是,联盟企业间的竞争、冲突会导致联盟伙伴知识保护,影响知识转移效率和效果。基于169家企业的问卷调查数据,本文采用软件SPSS17.0和AMOS21.0验证了联盟管理能力、伙伴知识保护和知识转移之间的关系,揭示了联盟管理能力影响知识转移的机理。研究发现:联盟管理能力对知识转移具有显著地正向影响;联盟管理能力对伙伴知识保护具有显著地负向影响;知识保护在联盟管理能力与知识转移之间起部分中介作用。为了提升战略联盟企业间知识转移效果和效率,企业应该:重视联盟经验积累,提升联盟管理能力;建立联盟管理机制,降低知识保护程度;树立竞合共生思维,推动知识转移实现。Knowledge transfer among strategic alliances is one of the important ways for firms to acquire knowledge. However, competition and conflict among alliance partners will lead to knowledge protection, and affect the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge transfer. Based on the questionnaire survey data of 169 firms, this paper used SPSS17.0 and AMOS 21.0 to test research hypotheses about alliance management capability, partnership knowledge protection and knowledge transfer, and to reveal the mechanism of alliance management capability affecting knowledge transfer. The study found that alliance management capability has a significantly positive influence on knowledge transfer; alliance management capability has a significant negative impact on the partner knowledge protection, and knowledge protection plays a partially mediating role between alliance management capability and knowledge transfer. In order to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of knowledge transfer among strategic alliance, firms should pay attention to the accumulation of alliance experience and enhance the alliance management capability; establish alliance management mechanism and reduce the degree of knowledge protection; set up the thought of competition and symbiosis and promote the realization of knowledge transfer.
