摘  要:目的观察双重血浆分子吸附系统序贯血浆置换治疗肝衰竭的临床疗效。方法以2015年1月至2018年1月该院47例肝衰竭住院患者为研究对象,采用双重血浆分子吸附系统序贯血浆置换治疗,观察患者治疗前后肝功能、肾功能、血常规、凝血功能和电解质等生化指标的变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后患者血清总胆红素、清蛋白、谷丙转氨酶、总胆汁酸、血红蛋白、血小板计数、血细胞比容、肌酐、血尿素、C-反应蛋白和血氨水平明显下降,血清胆碱酯酶、凝血酶原时间及其国际化标准比值增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双重血浆分子吸附系统序贯血浆置换是一种治疗肝衰竭的有效治疗手段。Objective To observe the efficacy of double plasma molecular adsorb system(DPMAS)following plasma exchange(PE)in treatment of liver failure. Methods A total of 47 patients with liver failure from January 2015 to Januany 2018 were included into observation and treated with DPMAS following PE. The changes of biochemical indicators of liver function,renal function,blood routine,coagulation function,electrolytes before and after treatment were observed. Results AfterDPMAS following PE treatment,serum total bilirubin,albumin,alanine amino transferase,total bile acid,hemoglobin,platelet count,hematocrit,serum creatinine,serum urea,C reactive protein and plasma ammonia were significantly decreased,serum cholinesterase,prothrombin time and international normalized ratio were significantly increased,compared with those before treatment,the differences were all statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion DPMAS following PE is effective for treatment of liver failure.
