摘 要:通过两分子葡萄糖与一分子邻苯二胺缩合反应得到新型葡萄糖配基Salen配体.再通过配位反应使新型配体与Mn(Ⅲ)配位生成葡萄糖配基Salen Mn(Ⅲ)催化剂.采用UV-Vis,FT-IR,化学分析法和高斯03软件(Hartree-Fock/3-21G+)对该催化剂进行表征.结果表明新型葡萄糖配基Salen配体与传统Salen配体结构相似,都能与Mn(Ⅲ)配位.以环己烯、反式二苯乙烯和苯乙烯为反应底物考察了葡萄糖配基Salen Mn(Ⅲ)催化剂的环氧化催化活性.从环氧化结果可以看出葡萄糖配基Salen Mn(Ⅲ)催化剂在环己烯的环氧化反应中催化性能最佳,而且在反式二苯乙烯和苯乙烯的环氧化反应中显示出一定的手性催化诱导作用.The new double glucose based Salen Mn(Ⅲ) complex was prepared by the condensation of glucose with o-phenyienediamine following by the coordination with manganese(Ⅲ). The characterization (UV-Vis and IR spectra, chemical analysis and the structure calculated by Hartree-Fork/3-21G+) results showed the glucose based ligand was similar to the traditional Salen ligand, which could coordinated with Mn(Ⅲ). The new complex exhibited more efficient catalytic activity in the epoxidation of cyclohexene than that of E -stillbene and styrene with molecular oxygen/sacrificial-isobutyaldehyde as oxidant. In addition, the new complex showed a certain chiral induction in the epoxidation of E -stillbene and styrene.
