研究生药物合成设计课程教学改革浅谈

摘　　要：我国经济发展和新技术革命对创新型人才提出了新要求,通过研究生教学模式改革,不断提高教学质量,建立高水平研究生培养体系,才能满足国家重大战略对高端人才的需求。根据选修研究生专业课程药物合成设计生源的新变化,在教学实践过程中对课程教学模式和课程考评体系进行了初步探索和创新,增强学生学习的主动性,提高研究生培养质量,以适应新时代药学综合性专业人才的需求。The novel requirement to innovative talents has been increased because of China economic development and new technological revolution. The national strategies will benefit from the teaching reform,increasing quality and education training system of high-level talents. The teaching reform was performed based on the change of the postgraduate students in the Design of Drug Synthesis course. In particular,the teaching method and course assessment were optimized for adapting to train the high quality creative pharmaceutical talents.
