摘　　要：生物化学实验是生物、制药专业的重要专业基础课程。针对生物化学实验教学存在的问题,该文从实验的教学内容、教学方法、考核方法等方面进行改革与探索,形成了新的教学体系。实践证明,新的教学体系提高了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生实践创新能力,取得了较好的教学效果。Biochemistry experiment is an important professional course of biologyand phamlaceutics major. Aimed at the existing problems of biochemistry experiment, we carried out the refoml and exploration in several side, such as experimental teaching content, teaching methods and assessment, and establish newteaching system. It has been proved that the newexperimental teaching system not only greatly improves the students＇ interest in leaming, but also cultivates the students＂ ability in practice and innovation, and has achieved better effect.
