摘　　要：介绍医院成本控制及绩效评价信息管理平台总体框架、结构设计及指标体系,包括财务管理、成本管理、工作效率、资源、质量和发展创新指标,详细阐述系统功能实现及其特点,指出该平台能为管理者在医院运营管理、绩效评价等方面提供决策支持。The paper introduces the overall framework, structure design and index system of the hospital cost control and performance evaluation information management platform, including indexes of finance management, cost management, working efficiency, resources, quality and development innovation. It dilates on the system function realization and characteristics, points out that the platform is able to provide the managers with decision support in aspects like hospital operational management and performance evaluation, etc.
