摘　　要：学界普遍认为,文物影响评估属影响评估(impact assessment)的一个分支,是国际影响评估联合会(IAIA)以"对当前或未来计划所产生后果的认识过程"(the process of identifying the future consequences of a current or proposed action)为定义的"影响评估"的重要组成部分。The impact assessment of cultural relics, a new type of impact assessment that based on the protection concept of cultural relic at home and abroad and related laws and regulations, has arisen in recent years to adapt to the development trend of cultural relic protection and still in its initial stage in our country. It is mainly used in the large basic construction and archaeological site park construction, so as to clarify the value of euhural relics of the various construction activities that involve the cultural relics and surrounding environment, to explain the potential effects of the authenticity and put forward the mitigation measures. Starting with the theories and methods of field archaeology and combining with the technical norms of the impact assessment of cultural relics, the paper illustrates the function and technical support elements of archaeological investigation, exploration and trial excavation in the impact assessment of cultural relics.
