摘　　要：将诊断为难治性根尖周炎的下颌第二磨牙(47)拔出后,彻底去除根尖和牙槽窝内的炎症组织,即刻回植入牙槽窝内并固定。观察意向性牙再植治疗下颌磨牙难治性根尖周炎的临床疗效。A lower second molar with refractory periapical periodontitis was extracted. The tooth apical and the socket were curetted,immediately followed by replantation of the tooth and fixation. To observe the clinical effects of intentional replantation on treatment of refractory periapical periodontitis of a mandibular molar.
