摘　　要：目的综合评价白细胞介素-4基因(IL-4)启动子区rs2243250多态(-590C>T)与牙周炎易感性的关系。方法搜集所有符合标准的病例-对照研究,运用Meta分析方法计算IL-4基因rs2243250多态与牙周炎易感性关系的OR值,并进行亚组分析、敏感性分析和文献的发表偏倚检验。结果本次Meta分析共纳入15篇文献(18个数据组),累计病例1698例,对照2247例。结果显示,IL-4基因rs2243250多态与牙周炎患病风险无关(显性遗传模型:OR=1.33[0.80,2.19],P=0.27;隐性遗传模型:OR=1.05[0.62,1.80],P=0.19)。按牙周炎类型行亚组分析,未发现IL-4基因rs2243250多态与侵袭性牙周炎或慢性牙周炎的患病风险相关;按人种及对照来源进行亚组分析,亦未发现该位点和牙周炎患病风险的关联。结论 IL-4基因rs2243250多态与牙周炎患病风险无关。Objective To assess the association between rs2243250 polymorphism of IL-4 gene promoter and periodontitis susceptibility using comprehensive meta-analysis. Methods We searched for all case-control studies on the association between rs2243250 polymorphism of IL-4 gene promoter and periodontitis susceptibility. Odds ratios and 95%confidence interval were calculated. Publication bias test, subgroup analysis, and sensitivity analysis were also performed.Results A comprehensive meta-analysis was conducted on 17 case-control studies including 1,698 patients and 2,247 matched control subjects. Results showed that rs2243250 polymorphism was not associated with periodontitis risk（dominant model： OR=1.33 [0.80, 2.19], P=0.27; recessive model： OR=1.05 [0.62, 1.80], P=0.19）. In addition, when stratified separately by disease type, we found that rs2243250 SNP was not associated with aggressive periodontitis or chronic periodontitis. Subgroup analysis of race and/or source of control showed no significant association in any of the comparison models tested. Conclusion These findings indicated that rs2243250 polymorphism was not associated with periodontitis risk.
