摘　　要：目的观察两种流动树脂用于年轻恒前牙断冠再接的疗效。方法将42例共计48颗冠折的年轻恒前牙随机均分为两组,A组采用3M^(TM) ESPE^(TM) Filtek^(TM) Z350 XT流动树脂进行断端再接,B组采用Beautifil Flow Plus F03流动树脂进行断端再接,比较两组断冠粘接后三年临床效果差异。结果 A、B组三年成功率分别为91.7%和87.5%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用3M^(TM) ESPE^(TM) Filtek^(TM) Z350 XT与Beautifil Flow Plus F03流动树脂对折断的年轻恒前牙牙冠再粘接均可取得肯定的临床效果。Objective To provide evidence and reference for clinical practice by determining the treatment efficacy of the two kinds of flowable resin applied to crown replacement of immature permanent incisors. Methods 42 cases with a total of 48 crown fracture in the immature permanent incisors were randomly divided into two groups： A, the fractured crown fragments of incisors were reattached using the 3 M^（TM） ESPE^（TM） Filtek^（TM） Z350 XT flowable resin;B,the fractured crown fragments of incisors were reattached with Beautifil Flow Plus F03 flowable resin. Compare three years of clinical effect of the two groups. Results Three years the success rate between the two groups were 91.7% and87.5% respectively, there was no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The application of the two kinds of flowable resin to reattaching the fractured crown fragments in the immature permanent incisors produced obvious clinical effect with no statistical differences in three years.
