摘  要:采用压塑料预成型工艺制备拟蜂巢结构的树脂基摩擦材料样品,分析了第一粘结剂和第二粘结剂添加量对摩擦材料样品摩擦磨损性能、物理性能和力学性能的影响,结果表明:当第一粘结剂和第二粘结质量添加量为5∶4(质量百分比)时,摩擦材料样品的综合性能最佳,其数值分别为:300℃时摩擦系数为0.41,磨损率为0.14×10^(-7)cm^3·(N·m)^(-1);室温时样品的耐冲击强度3.21k J·m^(-2),洛氏硬度64HRM,密度2.01g·cm^(-3),其性能数值满足GB 5763-2008的要求,表明该材料具有工业应用的潜力。The resin-based friction materials with honeycomb structure were prepared by hot process technology. The concentration of organic binder on the performances of friction, wear behavior, physical and mechanical were studied. The results indicated that the appropriate addition of organic binder could obtain the excellent properties of resin-based friction materials. The friction coefficient was 0.41, and the wear rate was 0.14×10-7cm3· (N.m)-1 at the temperature of 300℃. At room temperature, the value of impact strength was 3.11 kJ. m-2, the rockwell hardness was 64 HRM, and the density was 2.01g·cm-3. The properties came up to the standard of GB 5763-2008, and indicated that the friction material has the potential of industrial application.
