摘　　要：目的对比使用0.4 mJ和2 mJ能量的YAG激光在完整角膜上皮行穿刺治疗复发性角膜上皮糜烂综合征的临床效果。方法回顾性分析19例使用0.4 mJ能量YAG激光以及7例使用2 mJ能量YAG激光穿刺治疗复发性角膜上皮糜烂综合征情况的临床资料。对比两组治疗后的角膜上皮恢复、角膜斑翳、疗效等情况。结果2 mJ能量激光组在没有使用绷带式角膜接触镜的情况下，治疗后2 d穿刺区的角膜上皮水肿脱落，患眼异物感疼痛明显；产生更明显的角膜薄翳而且消退时间长。0.4 mJ能量激光治疗组有3例病情复发，2 mJ能量组无复发，但两者间差异无统计学意义（P＝0.373）。结论0.4 mJ的低能量YAG激光治疗复发性角膜上皮糜烂综合征后恢复更快、形成的角膜薄翳更轻微。Objective To compare the efficacy of epithelium puncture with YAG laser in 0.4 mJ or in 2 mJ for the treatment of recurrent corneal erosion syndrome. Methods The data of 26 cases with recurrent corneal erosion syndrome were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were divided into 2 groups, group A, 19 cases received epithelium puncture with YAG laser in 0.4 mJ and group B, 7 patients received epithelium puncture with YAG laser in 2 mJ. The cornea scars, the recurrent state of corneal erosions and the efficacy were compared and analyzed between the two groups. Results The corneal epithelial edema and abscission in puncture area occurred without bandage contact lens at 2 days after therapy in group B. The foreign body sensation and pain in group B was more obvious than that in group A. The corneal subepithelial scars of group B were obvious and the fading needed long time. Three patients of group A suffered from recurrence. The difference in recurrence rate was not statistically significant between the two groups （ P = 0. 373 ）. Conclusion Epithelium puncture with YAG laser in 0.4 mJ for the treatment of recurrent erosion syndrome is effective with quickly healed and minimal subepithelial scarring.
