摘　　要：他汀类药物具有调节血脂、胆固醇、保护心血管等作用，尤其是辛伐他汀在临床上应用广泛。最近，众多研究发现辛伐他汀对多种类型的肿瘤均有积极作用，在抑制肿瘤的生长、侵袭、转移，改善肿瘤化疗药物的耐药反应等方面发挥重要作用。辛伐他汀可能是肿瘤治疗的潜在药物，并有望成为肿瘤防治的新方向。Statins can adjust blood fat and cholesterol, and protect the cardiovascular, especially simvastatin, which is used often in clinic. Several recent studies have found that simvastatin can play a positive role in the treatment of multiple tumors by inhibiting tumor growth, invasion and metastasis, and improving the drug resistance of chemotherapeutic agents. Simvastatin may be a potential drug for cancer treatment. It is expected to be a new direction of tumor therapy and prevention.
