三亚湾海水中无机氮、无机磷的时空分布和氮磷比值变化研究

摘　　要：随着旅游经济的迅猛发展,三亚湾海域生态环境受到了前所未有的压力。本文根据2009年5月～2011年9月6个航次的调查数据,分析湾内近岸海水中无机氮、无机磷的时空分布和N/P比值的变化。结果表明,三亚湾海域春季海水的无机氮含量大多符合一类水质标准,秋季海水的水质则从一类到三类都有,绝大部分站位的无机磷含量皆符合一类水质标准,总体上水质良好;从空间上看是近岸的站点含量高于远岸的站点,原因可能是近岸站点的无机氮与无机磷含量受陆源物质输入的影响较大;除少数几个站位的N/P比值小于16外,大多数比值都大于16,推断限制三亚湾海域浮游植物生长繁殖的因子应是无机磷。In the wake of tourism economy developing,the entironment in Sanya Bay has been under the unprecedented pressure.According to the survey data collected from May 2009 to September 2011,the variation of distribution of dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN) and dissolved inorganic phosphorus(DIP) in the seawater in Sanya Bay were analyzed.The results showed that the DIN contents of most sampling sites in spring were accord with seawater quality Ⅰ and from Ⅰ to Ⅲ in autum,the DIP contents were also mostly accord with seawater quality Ⅰ,the quality of seawater in Sanya Bay was well as a whole.In the other side,both of the DIN and DIP contents were higher in nearshore sites than offshore sites due to the impact of the continental discharges.It's inferred that the factor restrcted the growth and reproduce of phytoplankton was DIP as most of the atomic N/P ratios were over 16.
