132例220颗外伤性牙折MSCT Dental技术法医学鉴定分析

摘　　要：目的分析MSCT Dental技术在外伤性牙折法医学鉴定中的意义。方法分析因颌面部外伤而由法医学鉴定机构行MSCT Dental技术检查并确诊132例220颗外伤性牙折,以判断MSCT Dental技术在诊断外伤性牙折的有无、数目、类型等方面的作用。结果 132例220颗外伤性牙折均能做出准确诊断,其中冠折未露髓77颗,冠折露髓35颗,根折71颗,冠根联合折37颗。结论 MSCT Dental技术能够对外伤性外伤性牙折做出明确诊断,并能明确其数目、类型,在法医学鉴定临床实践中具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the significance of MSCT Dental technique in forensic identification of traumatic Teeth fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 132 cases of 220 traumatic Teeth fracture,which were examined by MSCT Dental technique entrusted to our hospital by forensic medical experts,in order to judge the role of MSCT Dental technique in the diagnosis of the presence,number and type of traumatic teeth fracture. Results 132 cases of 220 traumatic Teeth fracture can make accurate diagnosis,including 77 crown fracture without pulp exposure,35 crown fracture pulp exposure,71 root fracture,crown root combined fracture 37. Conclusions MSCT Dental technique can make a clear diagnosis of traumatic teeth fracture,and can determine its number and type,which is of great significance in the clinical practice of forensic medicine identification.
