摘 要:目的调查三级甲等综合医院不同学历护理人员对病案信息资源的认知现状。方法采用随机抽样的方法,抽取河北省三级甲等综合医院护理人员362名,采用自制《病案信息资源认知调查问卷》,对不同学历护理人员的病案信息资源认知现状进行调查。结果不同学历护理人员选择对病案信息查阅服务不了解方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对随访服务不了解的选择,统计学意义显著(P<0.01),对以往查阅病案信息渠道的选择,统计学意义显著(P<0.01)。结论提高不同学历护理人员对病案信息资源的认知能力,更好地服务于护理工作。Objective To investigate the status quo of medical records information resources of nursing staff of different grades in grade three general hospitals.Methods A random sampling method was used to extract 362 nursing staff from the third-grade general hospitals in Hebei Province.The self-made"Medical Information Resource Cognitive Questionnaire"was used to investigate the current status of medical records of different medical care personnel.Results The difference between the nursing staff of different academic qualifications and the inability to understand the medical record information service was statistically significant( P〈0.05).The choice of non-understanding of follow-up services was statistically significant(P〈0.01).The choice of access to medical information channels was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion To improve the cognitive ability of nursing staff with different academic qualifications on medical information resources,and to better serve nursing work.
