摘  要:目的观察神经电刺激治疗前庭性偏头痛的临床疗效。方法选取2017年7月~12月就诊于武警总医院眩晕病研究所60例前庭性偏头痛患者,随机分为实验组与对照组,对照组给予药物治疗,实验组在药物治疗基础上加用神经电刺激治疗,观察临床疗效及头痛、眩晕、头晕缓解时程。结果接受治疗的60例患者总有效率93.3%,实验组有效率为96.7%,对照组有效率为90.0%,差异无统计学意义(X^2=0,P=1.000),在头痛、眩晕、头晕缓解时程(30 min/12 h)方面实验组极显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(X^2=7.588,P=0.000)。结论神经电刺激是一种治疗前庭性偏头痛有效的辅助手段。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nerve electrical stimulation in the treatment of vestibular migraine. Methods 60 cases of vestibular migraine were selected from the Institute of Vertigo Diseases, General Hospital of Chinese People's Armed Police Forces from July 2017 to December 2017. The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was treated with medicine therapy. The experimental group was treated with nerve electrical stimulation on the basis of medicine therapy. The clinical efficacy, headache and vertigo(dizziness) relieving time were observed. Results The total effective rate of 60 patients receiving treatment was 93.3%, the effective rate was 96.7% in the experimental group and 90% in the control group. There is no statistical significance(X^2=0, P=1.000). The headache and vertigo(dizziness) relieving time(30 min/12 h) of the experimental group was better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(X^2=7.588,P=0.000). Conclusion Nerve electrical stimulation is an effective supplement in the treatment of vestibular migraine.
