摘 要:采用HPLC-PDA-IT-TOF测定果浆保健品中白藜芦醇的含量,比较PDA检测与质谱检测定量结果的优劣,并用IT-TOF质谱进一步鉴定果浆饮品中的白藜芦醇,分析其裂解规律。结果表明,质谱定量分析的重复性优于PDA检测的结果,但是最低检出限比PDA检测结果高。采用质谱检测结果定量分析果浆保健品中白藜芦醇的含量高达2.668 mg/g,且在IT-TOF质谱下的所有碰撞碎片及裂解规律均与白藜芦醇标准品相同。HPLC-PDA-IT-TOF was used to determine the quantity of resveratrol in the health fruit pulp, the PDA quantitative result was compared with mass spectrometry quantitative result, and identify of resveratrol was performed by IT-TOF MS. The result showed that the repeatability of quantitative analysis by mass spectrometry was better than that of PDA detection. But minimum detectable value of mass spectrometry was higher than that of PDA. The quantity of resveratrol in the fruit pulp detected by mass spectrometry was as high as 2.668mg/g, and the fragmentation patterns were as same as that of control.
