立德树人视角下当代大学生礼仪素养培育研究

摘　　要：在高校"立德树人"这一战略工程实施背景下,礼仪素养教育在立德树人内涵中占有重要一席之地,对培育德行完善的大学生具有不可忽视的作用。但当前面临的是大学生礼仪知识缺乏、礼仪意识淡薄以及礼仪行为失范等现象。究其原因,与学生自身礼仪意识欠缺、家庭礼仪教育忽略、学校礼仪教育弱化、社会教育缺乏有效引导、先进文化引领不够等主客观因素相关联。要改变这一现状,就需要从立德树人角度出发,立德行、树人格,从个体、家庭、高校、社会、一体化育人等方面共同发力,全面提升学生的礼仪文化素养,进而将高校立德树人落到实处。In the context of the implementation of the strategic project of ＂morality establishment and talent training＂in colleges and universities,etiquette literacy education occupies a vital place in the connotation of ＂establishing morality and cultivating talents＂,and plays an important role in cultivating students with perfect morality and integrity. However,there are currently some phenomena like the lack of etiquette knowledge,the weak sense of etiquette and some abnormal behavior among college students. The reasons are related to such subjective and objective factors as college students＇ lack of etiquette consciousness,their neglect of family etiquette education,the weakening of school etiquette education,the shortage of effective guidance in social education and insufficient guidance of advanced culture. To change this situation,efforts must be made to proceed from morality establishment and talent training,to establish moral integrity and personality,and to work together involving individuals,families,universities,society,and integrated education with a view to promoting college students＇ etiquette and cultural accomplishment and to virtually implementing morality establishment and talent training in colleges and universities.
