摘  要:目的探讨跨科收治病人的管理模式。方法成立跨科管理中心,明确管理中心职能,制定相关规章制度,进行风险管理。结果实现了医院资源共享,建立与跨科收治病人相适应的信息系统、跨科收治诊疗护理管理机制、护士培训体系、收入成本分摊核算制度等,使全院床位统一调配,实现"全院一张床"。结论契合边疆医院特点,针对跨科收治存在的困难及问题进行风险管理,增进了科室医护患之间的沟通协调,提高了床位使用率、医护患满意度,提高了医院社会效益及经济效益。Objective To explore the management mode of trans disciplinary patients. Methods A cross disciplinary management center was established to clarify the functions of the management center,formulate relevant rules and regulations,and carry out risk management.Results Hospital resources sharing,the establishment of interdisciplinary treatment of patients to adapt to the information system,cross-division treatment of nursing management mechanism,nurses training system,the accounting system for the sharing of income costs,so that the hospital beds unified deployment,to achieve a "bed".Conclusion Improve the utilization rate of hospital beds,improve the hospital social and economic benefits,and improve the hospital management and patient care communication between the hospital and the hospital.
