缩乳术治疗巨乳症伴早期乳腺癌患者单组率的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的通过分析缩乳术治疗巨乳症伴早期乳腺癌患者术后并发症发生率及局部复发率,评价该术式的临床疗效。方法搜索万方、维普、中国知网,Pub Med、Cochrane Library、Embase等中英文数据库;搜集关于采用缩乳术治疗巨乳症伴早期乳腺癌患者的随机对照试验、非随机对照试验、病例对照研究、队列研究、病例报告论文,并纳入Meta分析。结果共纳入1632例患者,搜集了22项研究纳入Meta分析。经过Meta分析,采用缩乳术治疗巨乳症伴早期乳腺癌患者的术后并发症发生率为P=0.25(95%CI:0.19,0.32);局部复发率为P=0.04(95%CI:0.03,0.06)。结论采用缩乳术治疗巨乳症伴早期乳腺癌患者,其并发症发生率及局部复发率较低,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To study the curative effect of oncoplastic reduction mammoplasty in the treatment of macromastia accompanied by early stage breast cancer through analyzing the incidence of postoperative complications and local recurrence rates. Methods A search was made in Chinese and English databases including Wanfang Science and Technology Periodical Full-text Database,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Full-text Database（VIP）, CNKI, Pub Med, Cochrane Library, and Embase. Papers concerning randomized controlled trials, non-randomized controlled trials, case-control studies, cohort studies, and case reports about the treatment of macromastia accompanied by early stage macromastia with oncoplastic reduction mammoplasty were collected for meta-analysis. Results We identified 22 studies with a total of 1632 subjects for meta-analysis. Meta-analysis results showed that the incidence of postoperative complication was 0.25（95% CI： 0.19, 0.32）, and the local recurrence rate was 0.04（95% CI： 0.03, 0.06）. Conclusion The incidence of postoperative complications and the rate of local recurrence was low in the treatment of macromastia accompanied with early stage breast with oncoplastic reduction mammoplasty. This technology is worthy of clinical application.
